Refund policy

We accept returns in any condition within 30 days of purchase! We would never leave a customer with a product they don't absolutely love. So if you open the item, try it out, even if just the smell makes you uncomfortable, and decide it's just not for you, you can definitely still initiate a return.

Returns are refunded to the original method of payment, but please note that we cannot refund shipping fees on any international returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Consider there are always several product items, and gifts combined together in the original order. The gifts are not necessary to be returned, only the dissatisfied item return is acceptable.

The refund value will be calculated upon the original order actual paid(the promotion discount will be deducted from the original price).

The rewards member points will be deducted accordingly.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
