Why the redeemed gift is showed not free when i submitted the order?
Due to the platform limitation, only 1 code could be applied for one separate order. If there is other promotion discount code selected, the free redeemed gift will be invalid.
In such cases, please remove the gift from your cart firstly. You have to place a separate order for gift after the products order completed. Please follow the below steps:
1. Enter “My Rewards", find out the gift you have redeemed.
2. ”Add gift to cart“.
3. Back to cart, submitting order with free of charge & shipping.

You could find from "My Rewards" at our Rewards Program.
Can i redeem more gifts at one time?
Firstly, all the redeemed gifts will be sent together with your order. Just be noted that due to the platform limitation, only 1 redemption code could be applied at one time. And make sure the rewards points balance is enough.
